PlayStation just dropped the launch trailer for Super Limit-Breaking NEO, the big DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO expansion. Bandai Namco dates it for July 30, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The clip's pitch is simple: new power, new fights, go.

What NEO adds
Per Bandai Namco's producer overview and the Steam DLC page:
About 33 new playable characters spanning Dragon Ball, Z, Super, and GT, including series newcomers like Super 17, Super Saiyan Bardock, Champa, and Vegeta (GT)
Four new stages, including Kami's Lookout / Kami's Palace and Stratosphere / Planet Vegeta flashpoints
Four new Episode Battles plus Extra Battles
Limit Breaker Journey, a solo mode where you grow a favorite fighter, spend stamina on the map, farm EXP, and carry boosted stats into player matches and offline battles
Roughly 20 customization pieces (costumes, Super Attacks) so you can kit fighters closer to favorite scenes

Free update riding with it
NEO does not land alone. A free update for everyone adds:
Sparking! Boost: dump more Skill Stock in Sparking! mode for a hard attack spike, then eat a temporary stat hangover
Chain Blast: after you send someone flying, swap a reserve ally in and continue with a Blast for big damage
Three new variations of existing stages, separate from the four DLC arenas
Base Sparking! ZERO already sits on PS5, Xbox, Steam, Switch, and Switch 2. Bandai's NEO day-one platforms in the launch notes are PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. Switch versions of the DLC are called for a later date.
Price and where to buy
Steam currently lists Super Limit-Breaking NEO around $23.09 (regional sale/tax can move that). Grab it on Steam, the PlayStation store page for Sparking! ZERO, or Xbox, then watch the launch trailer.
