PlayStation just locked the date for Stupid Never Dies. The official PS5 release-date trailer confirms a worldwide launch on October 21, with GPTRACK50's goofy zombie action RPG also heading to PC on Steam the same day.

The pitch
You play Davy, billed as the weakest zombie imaginable. He falls for Julia, a college student frozen during the Great War, then tears through a dungeon to beat KOM, the King of Monsters, and bring her back. The Steam page calls it a Blazing Fast Growth action RPG: devour enemies, steal powers, transform, and keep getting stupid strong.
Core toys from the Steam listing:
Style Eat: beat elite monsters, consume their cores, and jump into Styles like Werewolf, Harpy, Golem, and Vampire
Body Hack: swap Overtech body parts for new active and passive skills
Davy Burst: short reality-bending power spikes when the fight needs to get louder

What the trailer flags
The PlayStation clip also teases Phoenix Zaza Hotfeathers, described as a mystery character sitting on one of the story's bigger secrets, plus the dance-move energy the marketing will not stop selling. Friend or foe is the open question.
