Disney+ finally has a calendar square for White Vision's next chapter: Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
Marvel published the date after Disney's 2026 upfronts. If you are planning a rewatch ladder out of WandaVision and Agatha All Along, start from that Wednesday.
Confirmed cast and creative
Paul Bettany returns as Vision. James Spader is back as Ultron, his first live-action MCU return since Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Marvel also lists Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, James D'Arcy, Orla Brady, Emily Hampshire, and Ruaridh Mollica. Terry Matalas (Star Trek: Picard) is showrunner. The season is eight episodes.
Marvel's own framing matters. From the studio's premiere announcement:
Marvel Television's VisionQuest will premiere October 14, 2026, exclusively on Disney+.
And the trilogy line Marvel keeps repeating: VisionQuest is "the final installment in the trilogy" that began with WandaVision (2021) and continued with Agatha All Along (2024). That is the studio sentence fans keep arguing about, because it draws a hard edge around this arc.
What is not confirmed
Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff is not listed in Marvel's premiere announcement cast. Speculating her into the show is fandom math, not a credit. Episode drop cadence after October 14 is also not nailed in that Marvel post, so do not invent a two-episode launch unless Disney publishes one.
Timing relative to Avengers: Doomsday (December 18, 2026) is interesting for Phase Six planners, but Marvel has not labeled VisionQuest as required homework for the movie.
